Logistics.com implements Onyx solution in six weeks

Logistics.com, Inc. has completed enterprise-wide implementation of the Onyx solution in a six-week time frame to comprehensive CRM capabilities.

Logistics.com plans to run all aspects of its business through Onyx. The primary initial users are customer service, sales and marketing, but the entire enterprise has been trained on and has access to the system.

The company is integrating back-office systems, with plans to include its accounting application and a third-party bug-tracking application used by technical support and product development.

Logistics.com provides shippers and transport providers with technology designed to help them buy, sell, manage and optimize transportation services. The company needed a CRM solution that could be deployed quickly on an enterprise-wide scale. At the same time, they needed a platform that would allow them to develop business processes in parallel with the implementation and make rapid adjustments and modifications as their needs evolve.
