Magic Front-office to Improve integration

Magic Enterprise Solutions (Belgium) last week announced the availability of the integration between CRM software Silk Road Enterprise Solutions and the ERP solution Improve.

The difficulties occurring while connecting a front office to a back office solution are, claim Magic, solved within the CRM front office application Silk Road, now integrated with Improve. The link, titled Silk Road Bridge for Improve, is available today.

Silk Road's Henk Reitsma’s commented: "While Silk Road, a web-based front office solution, is written in Magic, it can be run on every platform & operating system, (servers & clients) connected to most databases and can support a wide variety of environments in two and three tier architecture. This platform independence resulted that [sic] integration with marketing, sales and customer service applications with their ERP system, legacy systems and other company applications was and is possible. Now with the availability of the Silk Road Bridge for Improve, this integration is easier and less expensive to quickly deploy an integrated front/back office solution."
