Peoplesoft's vice president of corporate marketing Ray Gadbois has joined enterprise incentive management software company Motiva as chief marketing officer. Gadbois previously served as PeopleSoft's vice president of corporate marketing, where he launched more than 30 new products, coordinated marketing across 20 international offices and directed marketing integration following company acquisitions. Before PeopleSoft, Gadbois held marketing and management positions within Oracle Corp.'s applications software division, which grew from zero revenue to more than $100 million while he managed all marketing and promotion for the new business unit.

Motiva also appointed Robert McKelligan as vice president of product strategy and Thomas McCleary as vice president of business development.
