Moxie Software revamps Knowledge Spaces with self-service widget

Enterprise software provider Moxie Software has added a customer experience portal to the latest edition of Knowledge Spaces.

A component of the Spaces software suite, the Knowledge Spaces search engine delivers information from databases, RSS feeds, categories and forums to enterprise staff.

The latest version of the product now extends this information to customers with a widgetised, web self-service application. The customer experience portal also provides assisted service to support customers.

Additional key enhancements include improved search functionality, and customisation and integration.

The new edition of Knowledge Spaces is available from October 15.
