Teltrust’s OpNow! operating unit has won an exclusive customer service agreement with Florida-based NCC Business Services to handle a potential 250,000 calls per year.
InformNow! combines state-of-the-art technology with a comprehensive national database to provide a complete residential and business database. It gives NCC access to a nationwide directory assistance database that includes daily updates from regional Bell operating companies and many independent local exchange carriers.
Agents can perform virtually any kind of search - viewing a single area code, a region consisting of multiple area codes, or even the entire country. Search capabilities include: reverse search, neighborhood search, search by metro area, phonetic spelling, search by first two letters of first or second name and search by standard industry category codes.
NCC Business Services provides collections, account receivable management and in-house consulting in the real estate, property management, retail, financial services and credit card industries.
