GoldMine Software’s CRM division has begun shipping the new GoldMine Everywhere Server. This expands the reach of its GoldMine FrontOffice 2000 to give complete wireless and web enabled e-CRM solutions – the GoldMine Everywhere for the Palm VII hand-held computer, GoldMine Everywhere Web and GoldMine Everywhere Thin Client.
“As more companies incorporate the power and freedom of the Internet and handheld computers into their operating models, eCRM providers will be required to supply complete solutions that are easy-to-use, include powerful features and have shorter implementation times,” said Dana Buys, CEO.
“GoldMine Everywhere Server gives customers access to the critical information they need to conduct business by providing a tool to share data in real-time regardless of their location.” added Larry Twersky, president, CRM division.
“We wanted to partner with a leader in the CRM industry and GoldMine’s forward thinking and technical innovations are the perfect match to the direction that Palm and the internet are going,” said Gabriel Acosta-Lopez, senior director of alliance and partner services, Palm.
According to GoldMine, the new Everywhere Server will provide solutions that are specific to each of its customers. “GoldMine Everywhere Server is a phenomenal tool for users who require functionality in or away from the office.” said Twersky.
