Billed as a robust, affordable and scalable solution to the eCRM needs of the mid market companies which form ON!contact's client and prospect base, the new eCMS system boasts rapid adaptability for companies that are "growing, innovating and changing for their unique competitive advantage."
ON!contact say the new application marries the functionality of the existing CMS application suite with the technical benefits of Internet access while offering easy customisation - without the need for programming.
The company is keen to point out that eCMS is fully comprehensive and can be used to consolidate all customer/prospect information and make it available throughout your organisation.
ON!contact president George Kofman told CRM News that existing customers would be able to run eCMS without investing in expensive new technology.
"Our vision is to provide today's innovative and growing mid market companies with an extremely strong and affordable solution that can be accessible anytime, anywhere through a web browser," he said.
Vice president technology Sam Vaynshtok promised eCMS would complement the company's existing Client Management Software.
"eCMS will run seamlessly and interchangeably with our existing CMS product family and provide a consistent user interface regardless of platform," he said.
"CMS users can upgrade their current screen customisations to eCMS solution."
Of course, the company is keen to see eCMS reach out beyond their existing base of CMS users. For new customers without CMS, the full eCMS package retails at a little less than $1500 per user.
