Primus and Onyx Software have created a knowledge-enabled CRM platform for Ericsson Microsoft Mobile Venture that links the entire enterprise.
Mobile Venture uses the integrated solution to provide service and support options for customers of Moso, the company's solution for mobile access to Microsoft Outlook functionality and secure mobile access to Internet and corporate intranets.
Customers or partners accessing Mobile Venture's sales and support website use a single interface to access both the Primus and Onyx applications.
"It is essential that the two applications integrate as seamlessly as possible," said Ulf Avrin, president of Mobile Venture.
The unique integration of the Primus web-based software and the Onyx thin-client portal suite offers efficiencies.
Onyx and Primus are currently working with Safeco, Firstlogic and Captura on integrated CRM and sales/support knowledge management installations, and Primus is using Onyx technology to enable its own CRM processes. Primus is one of Onyx's key knowledge application software partners.
