Phoenix wins international CRM contract with Lloyds TSB

The Phoenix Technology Group of Enterprise Ireland has secured a contract with Lloyds TSB to implement a customer contact solution based on the CRM framework within the group's wholesale banking operations.

Company-wide strategies have become a focus at Lloyds in recent years as a result of the acquisition of the TSB bank itself, and UK financial services group Scottish Widows.

Defining a common set of customer contact requirements for such a disparate set of functions within the group's wholesale banking operation was a complex task.

"The relationship between Lloyds TSB and Phoenix has developed in recent years," said Bill Lloyd, head of the wholesale systems programme at Lloyds TSB, "with Phoenix having completed a customer service project with Scottish Widows earlier this year."
