Prime Response has made a deal with DataMentors, a vendor of database marketing products, services and custom programming. This alliance provides global marketers with integrated relationship marketing and data cleansing solutions.
PrimeResponse’s [email protected] suite is the first eCRM application to integrate all marketing channels including traditional (direct mail, call center, etc.), online (web and e-mail), and wireless (PDAs and cell phones). The technology leverages customer data to create highly targeted marketing initiatives.
DataMentors’ solution, DMDataFuse, cleanses, standardizes and matches customer data.
