Protagona and Webcraft team up to support Strategic Database Services
byRecognition Systems, have announced that Webcraft has licensed Protagona as a key element of its database marketing outsourcing business.
The partnership enables companies to benefit from experience management software without having to install and manage their own system. It also enables all Protagona users to efficiently integrate compiled data with their own to deliver compelling customer experiences across their enterprise. Protagona delivers a marketing process called experience management, which Recognition Systems claim extends upon the traditional paradigm of campaign management to include real-time marketing and integrated cross-channel marketing.
"As needs evolve for more robust marketing techniques, our clients can better leverage all of their marketing resources through the use of Protagona," said Mike Loudermilk, senior vice president of Strategic Database Services group. "Webcraft is committed to providing innovative, data-driven marketing solutions that help our clients selectively and economically acquire and retain their best customers. Protagonas open architecture and campaign management applications are a compelling and powerful complement to Webcrafts marketing database services."
Loudermilk explains that Webcraft will deliver remote access to the Protagona application through a standard Web-browser interface. This, he says, enables clients to enjoy a highly flexible and effective decision-support infrastructure.
"Our partnership with Webcraft enables companies to benefit from experience management without having to install and manage a system onsite," said Tim Suther, Recognition Systems Senior VP of North America.
"Additionally, Protagonas tight linkage with the CDW leverages one of the nations most comprehensive compiled databases. The resulting integration of the CDW and Protagonas integrated behavioural modelling is a powerful means to improvecross-sell, retention and acquisition."
The strategic partnership with Webcraft also provides users of Protagona with direct access to a comprehensive compiled data source. While access to this type of data has traditionally required cumbersome batch data "appends," the new solution will apparently deliver seamless access. Users will be able to overlay CDW data onto current customers and find "look alike" prospects (in their own database or from the CDW) utilising Protagonas integrated modelling capabilities.
