eCRM services provider Rainmaker Systems has inaugurated eSales and eMarketing services for its newest client, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
PTC, a billion-dollar software company, is a leading provider of collaborative product commerce and flexible engineering software solutions. Rainmaker, acting as a transparent extension of PTC, will promote and manage enrollment for PTC's learning courses. These courses are designed for users to improve their proficiency in the use of PTC software and maximize the value of the technology to their organization.

PTC are relying on Rainmaker's proprietary web-based systems, and understanding of the business practices and buying patterns of technology users to ensure that their users understand the benefits of taking specific courses and know what learning opportunities are best suited to their needs. PTC software courses include mechanical design, industrial design, manufacturing, analysis/simulation, and information management.
