Recognition Systems link up with Hill Holliday

Recognition Systems, a pioneer in the development of what have tagged (and trademarked!) customer experience management™ software,  has signed an agreement with Boston-based communications agency Hill Holliday to leverage the capabilities of both companies. Hill Holliday will utilise Recognition Systems’ flagship product, Protagona™, to further enable it’s clients to deliver real-time, world-class marketing programmes.

Protagona delivers a marketing process called experience management,  which is charged with consistently delivering personalised marketing messages across all channels, including the Web, call centres, direct sales, and traditional direct marketing communications. Experience management extends upon the traditional paradigm of campaign management to include real-time marketing and integrated cross-channel marketing.

The partnership gives Recognition Systems access to Hill, Holliday’s Relationship Marketing Group (RMG) and its database marketing service bureau, which will help customers institute best practice marketing processes and programmes. The depth of experience of the RMG will significantly broaden the options that are available to customers of the two companies. These services are particularly valuable to companies that are looking to define and implement marketing strategies that leverage the experience management paradigm.
