SalesLogix welcomes new Customer Services VP

Mary Swenson, formerly with Andersen Consulting's customer relationship management practice, has been appointed Vice President of Customer Services at SalesLogix, provider of front-office and e-commerce software to the mid-market.

Reporting to President and CEO Pat Sullivan, Swenson will assume responsibility for all aspects of SalesLogix's customer services function including global responsibilities for professional services, training and technical support. Swenson brings more than 15 years of customer relationship management (CRM) and systems integration experience, including her experience with Andersen Consulting's customer relationship management practice where she was responsible for delivering CRM solutions.

Swenson's background includes customer service and support, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Prior to Andersen Consulting, she served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Reservations for Best Western International where she was responsible for field sales, reservation center operations, travel agent distribution networks, customer service and member services.

Swenson also served as Vice President, Reservations and Product Development for Anasazi and Executive Vice President for Utell International, two companies which have since been combined to form REZsolutions, Inc., a provider of integrated technology, reservations and marketing solutions for the hospitality industry.
