IT Factory’s software development kit has been awarded the prestigious Editors’ Choice silver award from Lotus Advisor, the technical publication serving companies using Lotus products.

This is the third year in a row that the kit has won the award.

The review said: “IT Factory’s software development kit (SDK) provides an innovative ‘object-oriented’ approach to Domino database development, letting an entire enterprise standardize on unified development architecture, standards, and user interface.”

The SDK builds upon a uniform set of objects, databases and design methodologies to bring much-needed structure to Notes application development.

The ITF kit has also won Lotus’ Beacon award for best tool/utility and for best cross-industry solution. IT Factory’s Commerce Accelerator, acquired as part of its acquisition of Corporate Image Software in January 2000, has won two awards from Advisor Media.
