The Software Satisfaction Awards (SSAs) results are in with the winners reflecting the diversity of the CRM vendor landscape.
NetSuite returns to the podium once more in the enterprise category. The Cloud vendor was a double winner in the 2008 SSA’s and saw off competition from the likes of Sage and Really Simple Systems to scoop the award at this year’s ceremony.
Darren Upson, marketing director, UK & EMEA at NetSuite, said: "We're delighted to be acknowledged for the award. It's been a good event."
Elsewhere, the CRM software SME category was particularly hotly contested, including the likes of PostcodeAnywhere, SuperOffice and Sage. But it was intouchcrm, semi-finalists in CRM Idol last year and finalists at last year’s SSA’s, which triumphed and took home the award.
Salesforce.com, regular winners at the SSAs, took home an award in the brand new Social and Collaboration category whilst intuitive stole the crown for the BI/CPM and analytics category.
Peter Coffee, VP & head of platform research at Salesforce.com, said: "Nothing matters more than customer success, and a customer chosen award like the SSAs is the best recognition we can get"
Now in its seventh year, the prizes were decided by over 10,000 business software users, the awards represent one of the UK's biggest independent business research projects.
