The CRM developer StayinFront has been accepted into Microsoft’s mobile solutions partner program (MMSP), joining the small group of companies with extensive experience in developing and deploying Windows CE applications.
StayinFront was created by the merger of two Redi-Direct companies – The Great Elk Company and WindSoft. Its products include the flagship CRM software Visual Elk, and Pocket Elk.
Visual Elk is a CRM platform to integrate all points of customer interaction including sales, marketing, and customer support applications. The powerful system has been installed in more than 220 companies with over 30,000 users worldwide.
Pocket Elk, is a fully-featured CRM solution designed for use on mobile phones. It delivers a wide range of CRM functions, and new features such as signature capture. Standard CRM components include call planning, call management, and call reporting; customer/contact profiling and management; integration with the Windows CE calendar; flexible graphical and tabular reporting; multiple synchronization and data consolidation options; and integration with back office systems.
