Food produce provider Sun Valley has implemented CRM systems developed by UK consultancy Enigma which are intended to increase ROI. The systems, known as CARM, are already in use at other European companies, such as Walkers Snack Foods and easyJet.
"Our decision to implement a new CRM system was driven by the need toimprove internal efficiencies, to improve the tracking of information and to
add visible value to our customers and suppliers," explained Liz Connors, Customer Care Manager at Sun Valley. “The flexibility of the product has meant that we can adapt thesystem to best suit the needs of each of our individual customers and allows us to continue to improve and upgrade our systems easily in the future".
The company said that the system went live within two months of selection and has already resulted in a reduction in response times to customer enquiries. There have also been visible efficiency increases in information sharing across departments and with customers.
