Support.com's Resolution Suite software platform has been selected by Siebel to automate support operations and streamline systems management, enterprise-wide.
Siebel determined that premier software partner Support.com would deliver the most integrated and comprehensive support solution for its computing environment.
With 8,000 employees in more than 39 countries and 136 offices, Siebel required a comprehensive support infrastructure accessible around the clock and around the world.
Resolution can help employees by quickly identifying complex computing issues and automatically resolving them. Issues range from network settings and Internet configuration problems to business-critical application inoperability.
Common "how to" support requests can also be resolved via an automated knowledge base with the ability to specifically address a user's dynamic operating environment.
