Choose this facility if you need an urgent answer to a fairly straightfoward question. Simply type in your question-giving it as much detail as you can-select the option 'Post question for email response' and submit. InsightExec will route your question to the expert best qualified to answer it.
You will be contacted about payment for this service and for any additional information the expert may need to provide an effective answer to your question. The experts answer will be emailed to you within three days of this.
This service costs £75 +VAT.
Speak to an Expert
Choose this facility for more complex issues where you feel you actually need to talk to someone. Type an outline of your problem, click 'Select expert and arrange discussion', pick your expert and submit.
Give as much detail as you can, so that your chosen expert can be well briefed from the start of your session.
You will be contacted to arrange an appointment with the expert and to confirm it through making payment.
This service costs £150 +VAT.
