What is unparallel flexibility in Customer Relationship Management

I have heard about the term 'Unparallel Flexibility' in Customer Relationship Management. What is the meaning of this ?

Sounds like someone mis-spelled unparalleled flexibility. Common phrase suggesting that a particular CRM product is more flexible than any other. For "flexible" read "uncontrollable" or "incomplete".
Common symptom of UF is hugely costly implementation and weak prioritisation of requirements.
Salesman says, "yes it can do that". (if you spend enough configuring it)
You say (2 years in), "OK let's concentrate onthe core requirements".
