SaaS Customer Experience Management (CEM) firm Medallia has marked its entry into Europe with the opening of its London office.
According to the firm, the move is in response to a strong demand from European customer experience leaders for Medallia’s software platform. Medallia already delivers to more than 80,000 clients including Kempinski, O2, Rezidor and Sony Europe.
Martin Green has joined the team as VP EMEA to lead the company’s sales and service operations in the region, having previously led EMEA operations for Satmetrix.

The UK operation will serve as Medallia’s formal EMEA headquarters for sales and service, whilst satellite offices will also be located in Oslo and Berlin.
