Now Interact is a leading Artificial Intelligence vendor that offers targeted machine learning applications which optimize the bridge between digital and offline channels. Founded in 2010, and creating Artificial Intelligence applications since 2014, we use real-time omnichannel data – including online, contact center, telesales and bricks & mortar – to drive personalized customer journeys and accelerate the digitalization of sales and service.
How we’ve grown
Our success with some of Europe’s largest companies has helped us to grow from a handful of dedicated Stockholm-based employees to a 30-strong team across the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and the USA. And our partner programme brings Now Interact’s Artificial Intelligence platform into contact center, personalization and engagement platforms, using real-time Omnichannel Intelligence to enhance the personalization and optimization of the cross-channel journey.
