How we’ve grown
Our success with some of Europe’s largest companies has helped us to grow from a handful of dedicated Stockholm-based employees to a 30-strong team across the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and the USA. And our partner programme brings Now Interact’s Artificial Intelligence platform into contact center, personalization and engagement platforms, using real-time Omnichannel Intelligence to enhance the personalization and optimization of the cross-channel journey.
