Alexander Krieg is a Partner based in McKinsey's Stuttgart office and is a core member of the EMEA Advanced Industry sector, serving automotive and equipment manufacturers across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Alexander has deep experience in strategy development and marketing and sales improvement programmes. He is leading McKinsey's Product Excellence Service Line, that addresses topics from portfolio definition to commercial and technical launch. Since joining the firm in 2005, Alexander has led various sales growth and market entry projects. His recent work includes driving sales force efficiency programs, leading margin improvement projects, and developing global expansion strategies for automotive clients, as well as defining market growth plans for automotive and machinery companies.
