Andrew is part of the customer research team helping to bring the voice of customers into the business, a role he has held since 2012. Andrew works across all channels and products within UK and non-UK markets and is the customer voice that the business listens to through feedback ranges across online, retail, sports and gaming.
Andrew manages William Hill’s online customer community – Your Stake – as well as ongoing voice of the customer (VoC) programme for the Online business. Andrew has ten years experience in research, previously in media working in client-side research roles including Virgin Media Television and Metro.
