Patrick Martin has been in the technology services industry for over 20 years now. He discovered a passion for customer service back in 1999 and has been working in this field ever since. Today, he uses his expertise to lead Coveo’s Technical Support team. When he’s not putting out fires, you can find him on the tennis court or hockey rink (depending on the season), rockin’ out on the drumset, or spending time with his family.
