Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to CCO Global as the Chief Executive Officer with broad Customer Experience (CX), Employee Engagement, and Customer Strategy capability.  With extensive experience in the fields of corporate strategy, operations and marketing, digital innovation (including mobile & social media) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM); and with broad experience in the a number of verticals including technology, financial services, telecommunications, FMCG, retail, automotive and entertainment and media, etc.

He has built CCO Global to be at the forefront with a critical balance of customer engagement & strategy in conjunction with the fields of digital, innovation, technology and business operations.  He leads an experienced team of battle-hardened Fortune 500 executives at the core of finding the correct solutions to their client’s global marketing, corporate strategic & operational challenges.

The CCO Global team has worked in 65+ countries with companies like Coca-Cola, P&G, Kraft, McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Motorola, Pepsi, Fiat, Citibank, American Express, HP, Microsoft, Nestle, AOL, Samsung, Guinness, BellSouth, Warner Brothers and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.

The trigger point for the formation of CCO Global was the fact that many corporations continue to struggle to develop & enact the myriad of diverse business models & strategies required to adapt to the rapidly changing commercial & consumer environment – so we help streamline & develop those ideas in partnership with them while keeping the voice of the customer at the forefront of consideration.

This has come to fruition within the current business framework primarily due to companies losing the power to dictate the communications agenda as the customer – using digital as the main channel — drives now not only the brand & its messaging; but also critically shapes other areas like consumer feedback, business & consumer insight, customer service, innovation & even concise new product development opportunities.
