I am a customer service manager and love making people happy. In todays day and age of virtual commerce, I truly believe that the customer service managers have the ability to truly impact how our world functions. Very often people find themselves unhappy with their purchase and my role is to ensure that no matter what, their needs are taken care of. In many ways I feel like a mom and a friend.
