Is anyone from Apple a member of this site? If they work on the CRM side it would be interesting to get a first hand response on what they think about Stuart's comments.
Peter,
I thoroughly enjoyed reading your posting and completely agree with you about the inertia of consumers. As a CRM professional I always encourage friends and colleaugues to speak up and feedback/complain when appropriate - to try and make things better for everyone. Yet it's suprising, no... shocking, how many people simply don't.
Do it online. These days it's so much quicker and easier. You don't have to deal with the annoying call centres and you usually get an online discount.
