Guy Letts qualified as a Chartered Engineer and began his career developing IT systems for blue chip manufacturing companies.
Appointed CTO of the UK’s largest software company in 1998, Guy was responsible for a portfolio of 50 products, for taking new products from concept to market and for managing 12 acquisitions. He then took on a commercial role in Customer Services and pioneered the use of customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and grow revenue.
After seeing the dramatic benefits arising from customer feedback done well, Guy took the plunge from software giant to start-up and founded CustomerSure in 2010. Hundreds of companies around the world now rely on CustomerSure’s software and expertise to measure and improve customer satisfaction.
When he’s not lamenting long satisfaction surveys Guy is chauffeur to two teenage children and an aspiring runner.
