I'm passionate about improving customer experiences and have spent my career in the CX industry specialising in technology implementation.
I have worked across sales/implementation/product management of voice of the customer and customer experience management programmes for the past 10 years. I specialise in integrating customer feedback with existing systems. I've worked with clients such as John Lewis, British Airways and SSP on omnichannel real-time VOC projects.
My background in managing digital channel development both agency and clientside makes me perfectly positioned to understand clients' specific challenges.
