
Jerry is managing director of Empathyce, a CX consultancy and training company. He is a CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional) and is authorised by the CXPA to train CX practitioners for the accreditation.
Based in the UK, he is also a mentor for the CXPA and judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards. He works across many sectors including travel, financial and professional services, utilities and SaaS companies. His background is very much as a CX practitioner and strategic marketer in the UK and New Zealand.
Jerry helps CX professionals help their business understand what it's like to be one of their customers, where they should focus efforts next, why and how using robust but flexible frameworks and methodologies. That work will usually include aspects of CX culture, employee experiences, strategy, journey mapping workshops, measurment and governance.
He also has a special and personal interest in improving customer experiences for those with, and those affected by someone with, a disability.
