Great article, but Im suprised http://www.Brightidea.com wasn't mentioned in the Idea Platforms section. Notably, thier software powerd the 1st Cisco I-Prize, which had a 1million dollar purse. Also, some of the most successful public campains including Adobe's crowdsourcing site: http://ideas.acrobat.com and the recently ended http://yourcountryyourcall.com challenge.
