Thanks for this great article, it sums up a lot of current thinking for me. 2016 has seen so many changes and it's time for corporate structure to change too to reflect the way that consumers want to interact with brands and services. Business needs more fluidity and teamwork to keep pace with customer needs and compete. I agree that CEO's need to be bold and change the way their organisation is structured. As you say, the rewards are great. I'd be interested to hear what people think's holding this up?
