Kate Baird and Jo van Riemsdijk established CX Talent Ltd in 2012.  

In nearly 10 years of trading we’ve built up a unique and international network and now advise and represent some of the brightest and most successful talent in the CX world – staying in touch with our candidates throughout their careers whether they are actively looking for a move or not.  We work both in the UK and also internationally when required, so our candidate base is constantly growing.

We now consult and recruit in the customer experience space for blue-chip companies across a huge span of sectors including retail, ecommerce, financial services, tech / SaaS, utilities, charities, consultancies, and aviation. 

Both Kate and Jo have been invited and acted as Judges at the Customer Experience Awards for several years, are founder members of the Women in CX network, and now proud to be contributors to My Customer magazine.  Both are regularly approached for and quoted on views around CX employment trends and developments.
