It's all about the data. I focus on transforming data (e.g. market research, competitive intelligence, client insights, and industry reports) into insights to help companies position and launch new offerings.
I am at my highest engagement level when I am building new offerings, creating successful pursuit strategies and executing thoughtful go to market plans.
I started on this path in England, when during my Masters I worked on a project assessing the market feasibility of a firm's new product line targeted to the millennial generation. The data confirmed it was not the right move for the firm. The experience confirmed that I wanted to help companies make insight-based decisions.
My next step was working as an Analyst at a management consulting firm in the financial services and energy sectors. I was exposed to a wide range of projects where I honed my skills in market analysis, client strategy and launching new offerings. My favorite project was helping a new renewable energy firm launch their product in Africa and South America.
Now as Product Marketing Manager at [24]7 I partner with our sales and product teams to help our clients leverage the latest in chat bot technology to build memorable experiences for their customers.
