The newest Supercheap Storage franchise manager is Nathan John Davidson, who has lived in the area for close to 20 years with his sister and his parents. He has fond memories of his Year 12 ‘muck up’ day at Newcastle Grammar School that stays with him to this day!
After graduating from Newcastle University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Nathan decided to try his hand out at entrepreneurship and started a business in the construction industry. After heading his initiative for the last 15 years, he realised that he loved starting up and being in a business and decided to expand his repertoire into the self storage industry as well!
With a personal motto of living life to the fullest, Nathan is definitely excited about leaving his construction business to open up the Supercheap Storage franchise and since then, Nathan has steadfastly embarked on the journey to get a Supercheap Storage facility up and running and is eager to present this unique storage solution to the people in his hometown.
And remember that we aren’t called Supercheap Storage for nothing! Our unique business model presents an affordable and simple storage solution to anybody looking for storage! Artificial intelligence is everywhere now even in the erotic business industry. It is not surprising that it can obviously be put to good use even in the contact centre environment where automated responses are already available. It could be used to complement the current system to provide a more personal response to clients.

It is true that timing is everything. You wouldn't want to be asking customer feedback if you think that your services were not up to standard due to certain limitations and so on. However, do not think of it as an opportunity for you to flaunt your strengths and hide your weaknesses becasue consumers have their ways to analyze the true outline of how your system works.

I've said this before and I'll say it again - customers want to feel like they're being valued! And how businesses do that, is when they put the experience of the customer in the front. Whether it's the service that you provide or the solutions that you're able to come up with to solve their problems. You should always be striving to give them what they want. In a stable and profit-generating kind of way, of course! Haha!

With all the implications of data storage these days, I'm glad that Vodafone is being open and honest about what they're trying to do with all the data that they're collating. They need to be if they are going to expect to get anywhere with all of their analysis. Heaven forbid another Facebook situation happens and people find out that their info is being used without permission.. That would be a huge fiasco.

There is really just so much demand for proper data storage these days as people and businesses are starting to realise what kind of benefit they can get from the analysis of all this information. That of course is just going to propel the companies to want to store even greater amounts of data so that perhaps someday then can glean some insight that would help them to open up new markets or better penetrate their existing ones.

I think that you have brought up a very valid point - there are really a lot of businesses out there who have all this data in storage but they aren't using the right analytics to get the benefits out of all that information as they should! And there should be companies that specialise in doing this so that these businesses can make money out of all that analysis. I'm sure there are some but many have not gotten down to accessing such techniques simply because they just aren't aware it can be done!

When companies get big, it becomes more difficult to manage what your employees are doing and for that you rely on better managers in the operation centres, or surveillance. But at least Amazon is showing commitment to ensure that there's a level of quality in the service that they provide. There's a lot more to be said about how other businesses are generally handling their own levels of quality control you know!

For all of the people in the business, I'm pretty sure that they see all these regulations as a huge dampener to the potential of data collation and analysis. Unfortunately it has to be done. People all around the world are not going to take too kindly to knowing that their information is just being given away like that. Of course we're going to have to fight harder to protect our privacy right?
