My passion is solving problems: I'm a diagnostician and strategist at heart.

I have 30 years experiences in all aspects of Sales,marketing, service, customer insight, and Call Centers. One of the pioneers of CRM, Integrated data-based Sales, Marketing, he brings deep experience in channel management, systems thinking, systems, integration, telephony, and project management. He is both an Accomplished project manager, Speaker, educator and author.

I love  creating customer-based/ customer-centric business models in the B2B world. Using a proven approach , it is at its core a resource allocation strategy - with results gauranteed - uses data-driven decision making to optimize coverage models, to maximize returns from customer investments, and to achieve success in your CRM and CEM efforts.

In my past I've led performance management firms, consulted to industry leaders, and taught. I've been fortunate enough to  have been a leader with P&L and turn-around success, and was trained as systems thinker. he has a demonstrated record of, and passion for, successfully creating customer-facing business designs;
