Passionate about the Customer, I work across industry to define Customer Strategies that deliver bottom line results. Sitting on several Customer Experience Boards allows me to know first hand what does and doesn't work when it comes to putting the Customer at the heart of a business and I operate with the C-Suite as comfortably as I do the store floor or contact centre.
Today's disruptors are creating an inflection point for businesses and the greatest opportunities lie at the intersection point between Digital, Customer and Technology to enable enduring transformational change in this complex marketplace. These opportunities really come to life through Accenture's Innovation Centre experience where we expose audiences to exciting trends and help them think through what this means as they develop their own customer and digital strategies...the 10m x 3m digital wall is always a favourite!
Thinking about the future and how it affects our clients keeps me busy but for me, building the future is also about progression and cultivation of diverse talent. Leading our "Accent on Women" initiatives inspired me to collaborate with the Cherie Blair Foundation to create a unique proposition, supported by President Kagame to deliver financial literacy to 15,000 female entrepreneurs in Rwanda and build up a pipeline of incredible and exciting talent in the market place.
