We found that the ability for our operatives to respond within 2 minutes made all the difference. Although the initial software we used was slow we decided to move from AJAX to a websocket based chat room at achatroom.co.uk which allowed us to reply instantly. This honestly made the difference between a response time and loss ratio which converted to more sales as well as excellent customer service.
