The commercial availability of “off-the-shelf” scaleable Partner Relationship Management (PRM)solutions has brought to attention two contrasting paradigms for organisations wanting to implement a new channel/ partner extranet. They can either develop a system using the company’s internal I.T. resources and skills set or purchase a ready-to-deploy best-of-breed PRM solution from a software vendor.
