Commun.it launches CRM service for Twitter

Commun.it, a new CRM platform for Twitter that helps customer service agents and marketers manage relationships in a business context, has come out of private beta.  

The service converts Twitter streams into a relationship-orientated dashboard that allows firms to pinpoint top influencers; view full engagement history and most-used hashtags; and analyse and prioritise relationships rather than statuses.

According to the Israeli-based firm, Commun.it is the first solution to bring relationship-orientation to Twitter and provide an ROI-orientated dashboard, rather than the usual stream of Tweets delivered by enterprise software.  

The solution is also integrated with automated marketing tool Buffer, enabling marketers to schedule Tweets.
