Eloqua adds Salesforce.com’s Chatter to marketing automation platform

Revenue performance management solution provider Eloqua has announced the availability of Salesforce.com’s Chatter into its marketing automation platform.

Integrating Chatter inside Eloqua will allow Eloqua customers to collaborate across sales and marketing for increased productivity and effectiveness, said the firm.

Joe Payne, CEO of Eloqua, said: “CMOs are recognizing social as an essential strategy to succeed in the Facebook era. Embedding Salesforce Chatter inside our leading marketing automation solution will allow people to collaborate like never before on marketing processes and close the gap between sales and marketing.”

Chatter inside Eloqua will be available to Eloqua customers in Q4 2012.
