And global CRM software sales are soaring. Worldwide customer relationship management software expenditure totalled $26.3 billion in 2015 according to Gartner, up 12.3% from 23.4 billion in 2014.
CRM systems from tech giants Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Adobe accounted for 45% of the total market last year, an increase which can be attributed, in part, to the increase in smaller player acquisitions through the year. But is biggest always best?
