Responsys integrates Interact Suite with Bazaarvoice Social Commerce Platform

Responsys, a provider of email and cross-channel marketing solutions, has teamed up with Bazaarvoice to launch a next-generation social commerce integration solution. 

The offering will be an integration of two existing products – Responsys Interact Suite and Bazaarvoice Social Commerce Platform – aimed at helping marketers deliver customised messages in real-time across email, mobile, social, web and display.

The messages will be based on a consumer’s social commerce interaction, as tracked by Bazaarvoice, which could include product reviews, ratings, questions and answers or comments, according to a statement from the firms.

The new offering also includes:

  • Customisable and uniform email content templates that are consistent across their marketing programmes, including those for various Bazaarvoice SocialAlerts
  •  Through the Responsys Interact Suite’s single, unified data management platform, customers can combine performance data from user interactions with Bazaarvoice triggered emails alongside other targeting and personalisation data

Integration between Responsys and Bazaarvoice is based on standard web services API technologies and highly secure connectivity protocols.
