Oracle has announced that all finalists in the enterprise category of the Gartner CRM Excellence Awards are Oracle Siebel CRM customers.
BNSF Railway, which runs passenger and freight services in the mid and western states of the US, was awarded top honours for Excellence in Enterprise CRM.
All finalists in the category were selected based on performance and results generated from a CRM initiative spanning multiple functions of the organisation.
BNSF’s latest financial results underline its success, with Q3 revenues up $150m year on year. The other two finalists honoured in this category included Siebel customers AIS and HP.
"The Gartner CRM Excellence Awards are a benchmark for success in the CRM industry," said Oracle Senior Vice President of CRM Products Ed Abbo. "We believe Gartner's acknowledgment underscores how Oracle Siebel CRM enables companies to adapt to the constantly evolving needs of their customers."
