The London Chamber of Commerce hosted the launch of the 2007 UK Customer Experience Awards, in association with Pipex Business. Formerly the Service Excellence Awards, the awards, now in their 12th year have established a reputation for rigour and integrity. Previous winners, include banking innovators First Direct, EFQM winners TNT and construction industry specialists Mace.
The 2007 Awards are bigger and better than ever. New for this year is the ‘Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award’ for an individual that has made an outstanding contribution to their organisation’s ability to consistently deliver a great customer experience.
