First 'pay as you go' call centre solution to launch

Leancall has launched what it is calling the first ever ‘pay as you go’ call centre solution, aimed at small to medium sized businesses.

The Cloud-based product, which has just launched in ‘public beta’, will cost from £25 a month for the call centre solution and from £10 a month for outbound sales campaigns.

The call centre offering is available for 1 to 200 call centre or sales operatives, and requires no hardware apart from a computer with internet access and a headset.

In a statement, the provider said that the solution uses “predictive dialler and call tracking technology to help small businesses streamline their outbound sales and customer service processes by automating high volumes of calls, while also allowing users to record call outcomes”.

While in its public beta test phase, businesses can use the service by subscribing via the website –

Managing director Sam Bashton said, “Within two years we are aiming to be the number one provider of this technology and the management team’s mix of technical and marketing skills is perfectly suiting to bringing to market a cloud based predictive dialler and call tracking solution.”

This may be a breakthrough for all the small businesses that use call center strategies to boost their sales. I read few things about these trends on this Arizona call center resource, being able to pay as you call could really improve some sales indicators inside the company.

This is a good approach to boost the sales of call center. It may also helpful to increase technical and marketing skills of a call center solution.
