Noble Systems announces upgrades to Noble Harmonyby
Contact centre provider Noble Systems has announced the latest version of Noble Harmony.
Noble Harmony provides remote and mobile access to Noble’s management tools from web-enabled devices, allowing managers to coordinate contact centre activities such as create list assignments, set pacing parameters, monitor agent performance and other management tasks, from any location.
Key features of Noble Harmony v.3 include enhanced security settings, streamlined control centre functionality, improved list scheduling tools and expanded application flexibility.

Noble Harmony v.3 is a part of Noble’s browser-agnostic mobile management platform, which connects contact centre managers to their reporting and management data.
Like previous versions, Harmony v.3 supports multiple browsers and operating systems and can be used on tablets, smart phones, laptops and desktops.
