A global celebration

CX Leader of the Year is an annual international award, celebrating pioneers who have truly made an impact. It acknowledges CX practitioners who have excelled in their roles, ultimately improving customer experience. This award recognises the individuals who have not just talked the talk but walked the walk, shaping the future of CX. Just look at some of the brilliant work of our 2022 cohort.

Five years of excellence 

CX Leader of the Year has been running for five years and recognises individuals who have shown outstanding commitment to customer experience. It is a worldwide opportunity for CX leaders to showcase their accomplishments, gain insights from others in the field, and raise the profile of their work.

Winning CX Leader of the Year really was impactful.

The CX Leader of the Year 2020 winner, James Scutt, says: "Winning CX Leader of the Year really was impactful. A global judging panel of expertise 

We consider ourselves lucky to collaborate with a group of CX experts who serve as an independent judging panel. These judges have been carefully selected for their expertise and are highly respected leaders in the industry. Thanks to their valuable knowledge and insights, they have made significant contributions to advancing the CX industry. We are very grateful for the time they dedicate to judging the awards.
